1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Please Note: Certain items, such as sale items, underwear, or customized products, may be exempt from returns. If an item is non-returnable, it will be clearly stated on the product page.

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return
    • Details of the item(s) you wish to return
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your email, we will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions if your return is approved.
  3. Packaging: Please carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and include the RMA number inside the package.
  4. Shipping: Ship the return package to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

  • Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
